What makes you different from other marketing agencies?
We take a holistic approach to marketing. We evaluate what your needs are as a company and we propose services that meet your needs. For example, many small businesses need assistance with graphic creation for social media, posts, strategy, design creation, website updates, product updates, Google Business Profile Optimization, Local SEO, Technical SEO fixes, landing page creation, organic lead generation, email blasts, and paid ads. Small businesses need flexibility and we aim to make recommendation and support where we can with customized services.

Can I choose only the services I need?
Yes. We offer packages as well as custom plans that focus only on what matters most to you. Whether you need just one service or the full package, we’ll work with you to build the right plan.
How much do your services cost?
Most clients spend between $650 and $3,500 per month, depending on what they need. We also offer smaller plans and one-time projects if you’re just getting started or testing the waters.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no hidden setup fee. Any one-time charges, like creating a new website or branding materials, will be discussed with you in advance.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Most of our plans are month-to-month. We believe in earning your trust and delivering results—not locking you into a contract.
We do request a 4-month commitment, however, either party may provide 30 days notice to cancel services.
How do I get started?
You can email us at KatieL@ScaleMainSt.com or book a free consultation through our website. We’ll talk about your goals, review what you’re currently doing, and create a plan that fits.
What happens during onboarding?
Once you agree to move forward, we’ll schedule a kickoff call, collect the info we need, and get to work. Most onboarding takes about a week. You’ll know exactly what’s happening every step of the way.

How soon will I see results?
That depends on the service. Some efforts, like ads or online visibility fixes, can show results within days or weeks. Others, like getting found on Google or building a strong online reputation, take a bit longer—usually a few months.
Will I get updates?
Yes. You’ll receive regular updates by email and a monthly summary showing how your marketing is performing. We’re also available anytime you want to check in or make changes.
What if I want to change my plan later?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your services at any time. We’re flexible and happy to adjust things as your needs evolve.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes, we provide bilingual support for Spanish-speaking business owners.
Can I work with you if I already use other marketing tools?
Yes. We’ll work alongside whatever you already have in place, or help you simplify and improve your setup.
